Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Fee

The registration fee paid at the time of enrollment is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Course Fee

Course fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies) at the sole discretion of Institute management and upon submission of supporting documents.

3. Course Cancellation by Institute

If the Institute cancels or discontinues a course, affected students will be offered either:

  • A full refund of the unused portion of the fee, or
  • Transfer to an alternate batch/course of the student's choice (subject to availability).

4. Student-Initiated Cancellation

If a student withdraws voluntarily after enrollment, the Institute does not generally provide refunds. Requests to transfer to another batch may be considered, subject to approval.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (PhonePe, UPI, card) within 7–14 working days. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
